Removal of asbestos insulation board linings from warm air heating risers to two residential tower blocks.
Deconstruct were appointed to carry out a refurbishment and demolition asbestos survey of the Royal Court Estate in Laindon.
Utilising the findings of the asbestos survey, Deconstruct carried out a complete soft strip of the two tower blocks, followed by the removal of asbestos containing materials.
The asbestos was predominantly in the form of insulation boarding to warm air heating risers and transom panels above doors. Asbestos was also present within the floor tiles.
