The team at Deconstruct UK are proud to announce that we have been appointed by Ignis UK Property Fund advised by Paragon Building Consultancy Limited to undertake the enabling works phase at Watergate House, London.

The project, worth £1.185million, is due for completion in February 2015. It includes soft strip, demolition, piling and structural alterations. The works also include the demolition of an existing lift core and further relocation and construction of a new lift core.

Following completion of works, the building will be fitted out to comply with modern market expectations, providing 6 floors of high end commercial office space.

The scope also includes façade repairs and window replacement.

Paul Ford, Chairman of DE Group comments:

“This is yet another great project for Deconstruct UK. Situated at the end of a narrow city centre road in close proximity to the Strand, the site is also adjacent to residential accommodation. Strict logistical planning twinned with considerate neighbourhood liaison will ensure minimal disruption to all surrounding stakeholders.”
