Reporting to and taking direction from the Managing Director, Derisk provided a retained consultancy service for this Warrington-based construction company. We assisted the MD and the various civils and general construction teams with CDM compliance through system audits and inspections, as well as offering guidance and solutions to problems encountered on site.

Derisk were able to assist our client with the organisation and implementation of systems for large projects, acting as the principal contractor and leveraging our extensive experience in this field.

Spanning a period of around 20 months, we also provided assistance to our client from preparation and link up through to verified audits, with successful outcomes on each occasion. We also provided tender support and presented to potential customers on behalf of our client during this process.

Derisk successfully delivered consistent, proportionate and practical solutions on site to assist the client’s teams. This was achieved without adding to the management burden, whilst simultaneously maintaining full compliance with legislation.
